The CECCA Newsletter on Company Law and Financial Law aims to provide professional analysis of legal and financial issues in relation to commercial co-operation between China and European countries, especially the United Kingdom; we also share the latest and cutting-edge information regarding the development of the Chinese company and financial law. At the same time, The CECCA Newsletter on Company Law and Financial Law will mainly focuses on legal issues in relation to the latest development and trends of shipping law and maritime law, such as the Chinese practice of shipping regulation and international trading.
