We are pleased to announce that our new serial publications, namely The CECCA Newsletter on Company Law and Financial Law (ISSN 2631-7524) and The CECCA Newsletter on Maritime and Commercial Law (ISSN 2631-7516) have been registered with ISSN UK Centre and will be launched since this month. The CECCA Newsletter on Company Law and Financial Law aims to provide professional analysis of legal and financial issues in relation to commercial co-operation between China and European countries, especially the United Kingdom; we also share the latest and cutting-edge information regarding the development of the Chinese company and financial law. At the same time, The CECCA Newsletter on Company Law and Financial Law will mainly focuses on legal issues in relation to the latest development and trends of shipping law and maritime law, such as the Chinese practice of shipping regulation and international trading. Therefore, you will receive both the two publications alternately in the future. The first issue of The CECCA Newsletter on Company Law and Financial Law is attached, please enjoy reading it. We hope that both the two publications can provide you with interesting and useful information which can help you catch up with the trends of legal and commercial co-operation between China and Europe.
